The only grass available is at the top of the hill. I would recommend putting your boat in prior to arriving to the home, as backing it down was difficult. If the kids weren't in the pool, they were fishing at the dock. We had a very nice, relaxing week and were visited everyday by a herd of deer. The house had a well furnished kitchen and comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Need improvement on the paddles for the kayak and canoe - only broken and too short paddles available and only one kayak paddle, so we couldn’t go out together. ”

“Gorgeous home in an amazing location! Mike and Jennifer's home is so well-appointed - they had everything we needed and more. My toddler, and my young niece and nephew, loved the space and the games, as well as the proximity to the game room and the outdoor and indoor pools (and beach access nearby)!
