Howelsen Place 204A - Is an impressive luxury residence boasting an open floor plan, lots of windows, and generous size living spaces with high end finishes. Featuring warm and inviting great room with gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, sectional sofa and large windows taking in the views towards the Mountain. Enjoy dinner or drinks on the deck and take in the excitement and action on 7th and Yampa, or head downstairs and enjoy one of the many dining options literally on your doorstep!

Family Vacation

Outstanding location. Property was as listed and nicely appointed. We loved the balcony for early morning coffee and evening too! The main bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, comfy beds. We used the W/D once, so handy. The murphy bed room is tight when the bed is pulled down. Highly recommend this rental!

Great place right downtown

Beautiful condo right downtown Steamboat. We loved being so close to all the shops and restaurants. It was really spacious, clean and well furnished. The only downfall was having to go to a second location to check in and grab the keys for access. A lock box or code would be nice. Other than that we loved it and would highly recommend!

Nice Condo with a Great Downtown Location

This condo was very spacious and comfortable. The location is great for those looking to be centrally located in Steamboat and only a short drive to the ski slopes. Plenty of good places to eat or grab a beverage close by.
