“The natural setting, the unique house, and hidden spot down by the river where wonderful. Check in and out was easy and the property has a refreshing uniqueness to it. Had a blast in Jacksonville, Ashland, and Medford.”

“Great communication and service. Great location for access to the coast and crater lake etc. Could use more cooling in the loft, but was extremely hot during our stay and cooled down by morning. Maybe some outdoor chairs would be nice as well.”

“We were staying as a family for a family day camp. Didn’t get any check in information until I asked for it an hour before (so we were already on our way, hoping it would all work out). Despite the website listing, there was no WiFi to be found, and the A/C was sporadic at best (it was in the 90s and smoky). We were provided a 5 gallon bottle of water which was great, but given the heat we ran through that pretty fast. No response after the first day when we asked how to get more. Also no key……

“We had such a great time staying in the covered wagon on the homestead. It was so peaceful, and the hosts were so very thoughtful with everything they arranged to be available which helped ease the stress of packing “everything needed for a traditional camping stay” we will definitely be back! The cleanliness to also include the bathhouse was delightful. I highly recommend this location for your next adventure!!!”

“The apartment was a comfy place to base ourselves out of while attending weekend wedding celebrations. It was just the two of us but with 4 bedrooms, the place could have accommodated many more. It would be a great place to stay if you were wine tasting in the Applegate Valley. The little restaurant downstairs served a great breakfast too!”

“The trailer was very comfortable! Sure needed that AC.Wonderful location. The only thing I missed was how to contact the host. I needed the codes to sauna, gym game room etc. Just didn't see how to connect. Would definetly stay again!”

“Had a wonderful stay at the property. Owner was very accommodating of my dogs and I appreciated it. Pretty remote as advertised. Lovely property. You get to see the rhythms of country life, feeding the chickens everyday, etc. Friendly dogs on the property. Love Oregon! Thanks Candice and RG!”
