“I was so happy to find a place that was so accommodating to my needs. I have allergies to fragrances and they were more than happy to accommodate me! Their adorable place is just as it looks in the photos. Wilma and Mark are caring folks who even took the time to teach my daughter and her boyfriend and I a new card game. “We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again.”

“We booked the apartment as a base for hiking and exploring surrounding state parks. Had a blast at Devil’s Den and the JB Hunt Disc Golf course. The apartment has loads of space, a good sized closet, comfy bed and sofas, and a kitchen you can cook in. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy access by car to Fayetteville.
