“The house was very clean and is well maintained. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Pretty views of the river and is in a quiet location. My only complaint is that there was only a half a roll of paper towels and only one extra trash bag and we were there for 4 days, not a big deal though. Overall, great place to stay!”

“Our company placed a family (client) here while their home was being repaired due to an insurance claim. The family was very happy with the home, it's location, and the host. Being able to stay in this home help alleviate some of the stresses they were dealing with after their was damaged. Karen was an excellent host. She communicated quickly and clearly. “This listing is PERFECT!…. It was very clean, with plenty of space. Comfy beds. Lots of towels. The dock is great for morning coffee, and the paddle boards/kayaks were a nice touch. The hosts left us with coffee, and biscuits/eggs/sausage for breakfast one morning - which was very nice!The location was only about 20 mins from Gadsden, and Rainbow City was only about 10 mins away, and had everything you’d need (we even DoorDash’d dinner one night).I would DEFINITELY recommend this listing!”

“It was such a magical get away. Loved the property, the quiet, the peace. Spent a whole day enjoying the canoe and fishing, caught some kitty cats, huge brim, large mouth striped bass, we were gentle and let them go. Enjoyed all the different platforms around the property. The tree house was magical also. And of course James was wonderful. Highly recommended. Next time i hope to enjoy the fire pit, just too hot this time. With the land so wooded didnt realize it was 90 on the water.”
