“Enjoyed the beautiful fireplace & stone work of the cabin! Very quiet & private at the end of the road. We loved going to Elephant Rock State Park & Johnson’s Shut-Ins State Park & Onondaga Cave! Would’ve loved the kayak run but weather did not cooperate. Beautiful treed area!! Susan was prompt in responding!”

“We rented this cabin to participate in the Colon Cancer Riding for a Reason side-by-side trailhead event at Bass River Resort, and despite the distance to/from the resort, we had a blast driving the backroads and exploring Steelville.This cabin has all of the comforts of home and was very relaxing at the end of the day, after bouncing around in the side-by-side all day. It has convenient access in/out, and I was able to turn my 16’ trailer around fairly easily in the cut-de-sac. The hosts were……

If I had to make any negative comment, it would be the surrounding houses as you're driving in, that are in disrepair, but no reflection on this property. Luckily, you do not see them once you are at Viola's Cottage and only the beautiful grounds. ”
