“Overall, our stay in the hotel has been pretty fantastic. The room was bigger than we thought, the beds are comfy, the sofa was surprisingly snug. Despite the fact that the space of the bathtub was a bit problematic to use, it’s great that the hotel has provided sufficient soap to use. The double huge windows were fantastic to maintain airflow. The staff were helpful as well.”

“Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything.”

“The flat is in a quiet living area and the owner is very nice. The room is cozy and clean. Room temperature is a bit difficult to adjust. Remember to contact the owner before arrival because there is no reception. There is parking space which needs extra pay and we need to find parking space in the vicinity area in the last day. We enjoyed our stay and thank you!”

“Fun quirky apartment, but with some weird issues. First, one of the bathrooms doesn’t have a mirror, so I shaved in the living room. The coffee machine just got slower and slower, it needed a deep cleaning. It’s up two flights of stairs and the last few steps are very uneven. Also our lockbox code didn’t work. We got through it, we were able to get the help we needed.On the plus side, this apartment is beyond quaint and has a dinning room and a living room. The location is superb, walking……

“The modern and cosy flat is ideally situated , the old town center is within easy walking or cycling distance. The host kindly offered his support repeatedly and we received all the necessary information. The flat contained everything we wished for so we were completely happy with our stay. All in all it is highly recommendable.”

“We came to Gent for a conference and a visit with friends. The property was perfect for our group of 7 adults and children. Centrally located, spacious, and modern - both the adults and the kids thought it was a cool place. The owner responded quickly to any inquiry and was very gracious. Highly recommend!!”

“The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and……
