“Do not use this place, it's a scam to get the first nights payment from you. I came here for my father's funeral. I had no communication from owner. Managed to find the property despite it being wrong on the map from hotels.com. The gated security said my name was not on the list, tried to contact owner, wouldn't answer phone. Then had to find and pay for another hotel after landing from a 10hr flight. Thanks!”

“Don't stay here. First you will find the apartment is not owned by the hotel. It is privately owned and has separate rules not listed. We waited 5 hours for the host to show up before giving up and leaving. Expedia refused to refund $ we paid even though the host never showed up to let us in. A housekeeper finally did arrive and tried to charge us double the listed price for the deposit to let us in, Perhaps when pigs fly...”

“Gruesome dreadful property which needs gutting .. kitchen cupboard need ripping out and property needs a good update. DO NOT book this apartment .. we stayed only one night then fled…. “I like Skycastles and Columbus Heights and stayed many times in this past. Its views are exceptional. This particular place was cheap. It had a futon for a sofa and plastic chairs for dinning and old seating outside. There were loads of locked spaces and it seamed cramped.”

“I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or……
