“The location was fine. The beds were aweful. The hall bedroom.. the mattress was bowed like a taco, think the bedframe was broken. The master bedroom… the mattress sunk in the middle and the Master bath shower curtains were moldy. Not convenient if you wanted to do laundry during your stay… wasn’t well informed where it was. Would not book here again!! ”

“We had a last minute chance to go the Snead’s Ferry/ North Topsail Beach area. I was overwhelmed with all of the choices (mid-March… so slow season- I think?) Since I have not been to North Topsail Beach before it was a little difficult to make a decision. This rental property was a GREAT choice! The communication with the property manager was EXCELLENT! The rental unit was VERY clean and just as described. The complex that the unit was in was one of the larger properties in the area and was……

“Had a wonderful stay during the kid's spring break. The condo had all the necessary ammenities, a wonderful view and close proximity to several shops and restaurants. There were beach chairs and sand castle toys if you desired to take to the beach with you. Access to the pool was not granted just because it was outside of the season but it looked like it was still maintained and getting ready. The shops immediately below the condo were also not in operation due to our stay being before the……
