“We enjoyed our time so much at Lake Oconee. The lake is absolutely beautiful and sophisticated in the surrounding areas. Our check-in and checkout was great. The house was everything as advertised and more and we would definitely stay here again. Our family of five stayed for 16 days and had lots of fun fishing from the dock, boating and tubing. ”

“We stayed for my husband’s 60th birthday weekend. House worked perfect for our core crew of 6 adults and two teenagers. Lee was great about communicating house instructions and rules. We trailered our boat from South Carolina and used the neighborhood ramp and house dock for our 25ft center console. The water is shallow at the end of the creek, but enough to clear. We loved the pool and the hot tub and played poker at the table at night. Super easy boat ride to the Ritz for dinner one night and……

“This place was the perfect cozy retreat with clean and comfortable rooms and plenty of space to relax. We loved seeing the deer family that seemed to love the yard next-door. Perfect pricing for the location too! Only recommendations would be to add a little more privacy curtains to the front door but other than that perfect (kids are definitely audible but I think it was sweet) thanks! ”

“We stayed at the Toadhaus when our dog needed heart surgery at UGA. It was a very stressfull time but having a great place to stay was something we didn't have to stress about. The studio was clean, quiet, safe and private. It was conveniently located, just a short drive anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend staying here. ”

“A group of us (6 couples) came to Georgia to attend the Combat Veterans Associations Nationals in Athens. As a large group we wanted a comfortable place to stay nearby and the Riverhouse in Monroe was perfect! Very spacious, very clean, quiet area and beautiful property and home. We had more than enough space for our large group and we felt right at home. So much so that some have talked about planning another trip to the Riverhouse- especially to check in on the beautiful, sweet local cat that……

“The house is a magnificent home and there were many touches like bathroom beauty items, swim towels, ice making machine and bar items. It was very clean and had a terrific new pool and hot tub that was great for a variety of ages in our group. The best thing was Rick was a very gracious host helping with a golf t time and responding to questions promptly. I’d give the place a 10 on a sale of 0-5!”
