“You can’t beat the views from the deck. Great to see the barges float down the river. Cell coverage is difficult (at least with Verizon), but that’s ok so that you can just get away & relax, and enjoy the river life. Took a driving tour along the Ohio River, really enjoyed all the small towns in the area. Great place to get away!”

“Tranquil property right on the river. Despite the bad weather Mother Nature decided to bring during our stay, it was still a great getaway with peace, and relaxation. The hot tub was a nice touch to enjoy on the front porch watching the river and all the birds feeding from the birdhouse. Was just right for what we needed. ”

“Beautiful peaceful location. Enjoy the remote location and beautiful expanse view from the home deck. Nice to sit out there enjoying the quiet,sounds of the river and passing freight barges. Near many nature areas with hiking and nature. Closest large town would be Tell City with an approx 25 mile drive one way. If you like peace and quiet, nature and a beautiful river view this is the place. This was our 4th visit and won'tbe our last.”

“This house was just as advertised. It is beautiful. There is plenty of room, lots of places to sit and relax, and the long dining table is great! We gathered there regularly.Theresa is amazingly quick to answer any questions or provide information and very pleasant to communicate with. Check-in was a breeze.We found great hiking paths nearby and the catch & release lake right on the property got a visit from one person in the family every morning, long before the rest of us were awake.We got……

“Pictures are deceiving. The building itself is old, moldy, and downright gross. The neighbors driveway is directly next to the entry way to the "cabin." The building is ok from the outside, but the location bites. The path to the lake is blocked by a large dead tree. The The windows that face the neighbors have no curtians and you can see into the property from outside especially at night. The neighbors are outside from 6 am until 9 pm. “This is the second stay for my fiancé, and I. The first cabin we stayed at was moon dance.That was a wonderful cabin as well. Colucci cabins is one of the best places to rent a cabin from. When we walked into our cabin, classical music was softly playing and a fresh Bouquet of easter lilies was waiting for us on the table. Every cabin we have rented was clean and very welcoming. “We had a short stay for a family get-together in Perry County. We were just two adults, but were happy to each have our own room. The apartment was welcoming and very clean. When communicating with Michelle she responded very quickly and was friendly and helpful. The apartment is comfortable, and is convenient to the many cute shops and restaurants in downtown Tell City as well as walking distance to the river walk park area. Perfect! Thank you.”
