“Brigham let us know what to expect and answered immediately when we had a question. He was very friendly and helpful. Everything was smooth and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware and included a coffee machine. One very minor item missing was a ladle but we just used one of the big spoons. “Great little restored condo. Beds were comfortable and location was great. We did have to buy batteries for the thermostat for the furnace to work. The bathroom was also slightly dirty. Trash in the garbage from someone else. Overall a good condo - felt issues were incidental”

“We loved our Palisade stay for the hub of NYE fun! The description was accurate and fit our group perfectly. We had three couples with families of teens/young adults. We were surprised by all the elbow room! We loved the gathering space and large kitchen. The dining table was wonderfully large for eating & playing games with the group. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The smoker on the covered deck was also a nice addition. Our teens/young adults loved the basement……
