“Great stay with exceptional hospitality.”

“The place was clean BUT there were 3 of us and only one set of towels! Also I contacted the host THREE times requesting to check in early and never got a response. Lastly , there is a hot tub but some directions of where it is located in the complex would have been helpful. We had to ride around and look for it. We kept asking people but most people we saw were guests as well and did not know. At the exit you are supposed to take out the garbage but there is no instruction as to where the……

“3 senior ladies traveling. This property is unsafe. Entry is uneven stairs. Lock box difficult to open. Inside, “ newly remodeled” had ants crawling out behind fake tile back splash.refrigerator sounded like a blender at times drowning out the sound of the TV ..which wouldn’t work until we borrowed new batteries from a neighbor. Sofa is so old it sinks to the floor when sat upon and it’s the only seating to use in the living room. The lighting so so dingy it felt like a third world country using……

“Our stay was okay. It would've been excellent if there were common supplies in the apartment. There was only one towel per room. So for 4 people there was only 3 towels. Also, there was an iron but no ironing board. There also were no bureaus, nowhere to put your clothes except a closet to hang clothes. In the kitchen there was hardly any skillets, I think there was one, but no pots. Hardly any drinking glasses. There was empty boxes of things like a toaster, but there was none to be found. The……

“We stayed for a friends wedding and it is perfect for 4 people to share if you’re in town for a wedding at Stonehurst.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property, the place was clean and spacious. Having three TVs (one in each room and one in the living room) was definitely a plus!We will consider booking the place in the future.”

“ New remodel nicely decorated. Extremely clean. Thoughtful snacks and beverages. I would have preferred a manual explaining all the hi-tech options vs owners waiting for us. Description of property doesn’t mention it is a basement apartment with steep stairs. We are over 60 and my husband has a bad knee”

“No heat first night , no hot water , we were told 3 queen size beds , 2 were air mattresses on the floor, rubbish under the couch, yard looked like a dump with nails and screws all over the ground! ”
