A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time.……

“Perfect!”

“The property has character. It is charming, clean, and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to get to Walmart and Big Y for some snacks and toiletries and to Mohegan Sun for dinner. It was stocked with the necessities and has plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time. The host was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. We would stay there again.”

“Great place and stay was really clean and comfy”

“I truly can’t say enough good things about my stay. The house is exactly like the pictures but somehow even better in person. Everything was so clean and the check in/check out process was very easy. Sarah was so quick with communicating back and had the house stacked with everything you could imagine from plenty of pillows, blankets, tooth brushes etc. The views were beautiful and my dog loved how much space she had to herself. The neighbors are also so friendly and wave when you walk by! So……

“This was perfect for what we needed as we had an event at the Foxwood Casino. It wasn't too far from Mystic which was good for us when we wanted to venture out. The only thing I would say needs to be clarified is that, though there is AC, it's a window unit in one bedroom down stairs and one upstairs. The first day we arrived it was a very hot day so that was a little disappointing but the rest of the week wasn't as hot and we were able to run the fan in the kitchen and use an extra fan we……

“Spent the weekend with family and friends, we had plenty of room for everyone. House is spacious, hot tub was great, and kitchen had many options for cooking. ”

“Such a great stay!! The house is immaculate and fully stocked with anything that you might need. Beds are comfy and the view is just breathtaking. We have stayed at many lake houses and were disappointed with unfriendly neighbors and dirty lake water but were happy this was very clean and the neighbors were nice. We had alot of fun on the kayaks and brought our boat for tubing. The fishing was awesome as well. I communicated with Staci a few times and she was more than kind and helpful. Highly……

“The house and property are lovely. We had plenty of room to spread out as a family. Kids enjoyed playing outside. Grown ups enjoyed several local bike paths. We would definitely visit again!”

“My granddaughter and great-grandchildren had a wonderful time at the Bear Lake Lodge. Glasgo Pond is a wonderful swimming lake, so the access across the street was perfect. Lots of games for the kids, nicely updated decor, and easy access from major highways made this a great week!”
