“Great room. Bed super comfy. Clean, clean, clean. Lisa at front desk was exceptionally accommodating. With a midnight flight arrival into Dulles, catching a hotel shuttle at that late hour can sometimes be difficult for these hotels. But Lisa made sure that I had a safe ride from the airport. She was extra communicative and very helpful. Nice to experience good customer service.”
