“Instructions on arrival landed very late, so we had driven to apartment only to find you cannot get the key at the actual apartments. We had to travel to a different hotel to get checked in and pay the local taxes. The end room safe has no explanation or instructions and locked our passports away on the first day so we had to get somebody out to release the safe and never used it again. When we got into the apartment, it was cold and took a few hours to warm up with all the radiators on. The……

It was great to stay right next to one of the slopes (Lúčky Jasná) and there is a free ski shuttle bus which runs regularly throughout the day to take you to all……
