“We had as many as 15 people staying overnight during our stay. Had to be a little creative with sleeping arrangements but we made it work. A well appointed kitchen made it nice to feed everyone at the house. Loved the location too.”

“Our group has an annual Fall outing that usually puts us in Southern MO or Northern Arkansas. We elected to stay much closer to the KC metro and found the One of a Kind Lodge. The house is beautiful and built with high end materials and finishes. The view to the East is spectacular. Plan on taking walks, fishing, cooking and sitting in rocking chairs. We had a very relaxing long weekend.”

“To start, the lodge itself was gorgeous. The property, the amenities within, the layout, decorations/ambience were great. We stayed over the holidays and appreciated the thoughtful seasonal decor. You can tell the owner cares about the experience, with nice instructions explaining the house and how to leverage everything it offers!On top of all that, the owner is phenomenal.
