“The staff are nice. The place is clean and comfortable to stay. There are convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants near the hotel. They provide free tuktuk service back and forth between the hotel and the nearby stations. And we found an amazing local food market few minutes away from the hotel. The whole experience was incredible.”

“Staff is welcoming and accommodating. The room was always replenish with water and coffee everyday. The location is ideal if you are willing to walk 15 minutes. Less than a 2 minute walk from the property is a 7 eleven, 3 restaurant, and a dispensary. If you walk 5 minutes there are more restaurants, another 7 eleven, and massage parlors. If you walk 15 minutes there is the Lumphini MRT station that also connects to One Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“大部分的體驗是好的，周邊環境也很方便，就是有一天早上因為要開會需要提早出門來不及吃早餐，前一天有跟櫃檯說大概七點左右需要打包早餐，他說沒問題直接跟餐廳的說即可，結果隔天早上去餐廳打包的時候服務員百般刁難，一下子質疑我們沒跟櫃檯先告知，一下子說要跟廚房確認，態度很差，後來說只能拿麵包，我們一共四個人，一開始還有幫我們包，後面直接拿了三個小紙盒叫我朋友自己裝，而且臉色超難看，非常糟糕的體驗”

“一個人簡單住一晚很OK。櫃檯服務基本上OK，出入都會禮貌打招呼，附近有很大間的7-Eleven，幾家小吃、火鍋店也夠了。要$500押金，看起來房間內只有保險套要算錢，用不到就不用擔心了。有提供兩瓶水、三合一咖啡包，自己要帶地板鞋。住5樓挺安靜的，床很舒服，床下面有冰箱、小小的除濕機，很加分！獨立黑色外型冷氣機吹起來很舒適，也很好調整溫度風向。 Hotel.com訂房加稅就1000泰銖。距離MRT有點距離，慢慢走加上迷路大概要10～20鐘。”

“離BTS走路要七八分鐘，有一段距離，房間不算大，一個人住很夠，9樓提供24小時免費咖啡機，不錯，唯一美中不足是晚上被空調的風扇嘎嘎嘎嘎聲音吵醒，其他都滿意”

“整體是滿意的，酒店很乾淨，服務員親切有禮，但酒店嘅位置離BTS站比較遠，行入去要10幾分鐘，而酒店Shuttle Bus嘅服務只去到下午三點，而且不設回程，實在是有待改進”

“First day arrived,, we found out the washroom rack is fall off , the laundry dryer is not heat up , not working right,, but we called the service, the maintenance staff came shortly to fixed the rack and dryer machine… other than that ,, staffs are very nice and helpful, room is clean when we came daily trip,,”
