“The property was horrible! From check in to check out. Dirty. Remotes with no batteries or backs. Missing floorboards. A lizard in our bathroom, which we trapped under a trashcan and asked them to have maintenance come remove it but it was NEVER removed. “Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel.
