“We stayed here for a wedding at one of the local venues. This was even better than we imagined even with the pictures. It was beautiful inside; quiet, and private and we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was amazing. She was very responsive and we are already making plans to come back for another weekend when we can stay longer. I would absolutely rate this as 10 out of 10. We were very happy! ”

“This is the best place I have ever stayed. Check-in and check-out were simple and Kathy made sure to ask if we needed anything. This really made my wife's birthday and our anniversary very special. It was like a home away from home with no stress. Very safe and quiet. Everything was spotless. Living room TV was huge and very clear. I was able to activate my Netflix very easily and watch whatever I wanted. The sofa was extremely comfortable. It was very close to both Turning Stone and Vernon……

“We had a good time walking around town. It was close to everything. The apartment was cozy and met all of our needs except the daily news. We are "seniors" and technology comes hard to us. It would have been nice to have cable channels. Thank you for the Lily Pad and its good location.”

“Nice location in the heart of Sylvan Beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is above The Sandy Pail store. We heard no noise from down below. The entrance is behind an ice cream store and not very attractive. But the apartment is clean, modern, and nicely decorated in a contemporary manner. There is no dishwasher or washer dryer. ”

“Several of my friends come up to the area every year for a memorial golf outing for an old Army buddy of ours and this was a great location for us as we rented both halves of this property. Close to the beach and restaurants with great amenities and plenty of room for all of us. Will look to make this our regular place year in and year out.”
