“The photos do not do this property justice! The property and cabin are beautiful and tranquil. Only 30 minutes to Acadia National Park. Very easy to tour all of Mount Desert Island from the cabin. 10 mintes to a couple of grocery stores. When we first turned onto the dirt/gravel road and the GPS still showed 1 mile to go we were a bit apprehensive but we went to the end of the road and turned into the drive and were met with a stunning view of the cabin, cove and river. “ Beautiful property! Stayed here with my 80 year old mom, 3 kids and a dog. Bunkhouse had everything we needed. The whole property is very well maintained and clean. The screened in porch was perfect for evening relaxation. The location right on the lake was exactly what we were looking for. Sunrise and sunset kayaking was absolutely heavenly. We saw family of Loons and Heron fishing by the shore. Highly recommend!”

“We (3 adults and a Dalmatian) rented the Cozy Cabin for 10 days. It was great. There was enough space for our stuff and for us to relax and sleep comfortably. The bed sleeps 2 and there’s an air mattress for the third person. The cabin itself is nice, and the view is beautiful too. My husband really enjoyed how close it is to water and it gave him and Bailey (dog) some nice walks. This isn’t a place for partying but it’s awesome for relaxing. “This property was great for our time in Acadia and is perfect for 2 people! It was away from the crowds yet close enough to easily get to the park. We loved being on the lake, the kayaks and being able to spend time fishing! Saw lots of wildlife from the dock and while fishing which was amazing!
