"The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment. I feel that the hotel should provide better information to visitors about the amenities and facilities they offer. Had I known about the sauna earlier, I could have taken advantage of it during my stay. The lack of communication led to a feeling of disappointment upon discovering this feature on my final night. Overall, the hotel's strengths lie in its convenient location and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. However, the hotel management should focus on improving their communication with guests to ensure they are aware of all the benefits the hotel has to offer."

"我訂的是雙床房。 在訂房時已經把需求列明，需要兩張單人床及泊車服務， 结果酒店方便沒有回覆也沒有準備。 附近的車位也滿了，非常狼狽。 房間的床是由兩張單人床組合而成的雙人床，店方也沒有準備好，需要經過交涉才為我們預備多一個床單， 把床變成兩張單人床。 房間應該是油療養院改建而成， 廁所地板有沒有平整好， 洗澡後全個廁所積水。"
