“This is a charming home in a convenient downtown area. Spacious yet warmly decorated, with a comfortable king bed (the only one we utilized), and a nice kitchen, with cozy sitting area. Owner was kind & quick to respond. Definitely recommended!”

“Nice place. Had everything my son and I needed for a few nights' stay. Far better than a hotel. Allows you to be able to purchase groceries instead of eating out every meal. I would recommend staying here if you have 2-3 people.”

We had one issue with the property description not being accurate as far as how many beds were available. “Clean, neat, interesting design & obvious effort to create consistent design and comfort.”

“John is a great host. He answers all questions and gives information about not only the home itself but also he let us know that there would be road construction when we were there. It was very helpful to be aware of ahead of time.The house and property was just as he described it. We enjoyed the land around the house especially the big fenced in yard for our dog who had plenty of space to run outdoors. We were pleased to see so many deer on the far side of the property each morning as well. It……

“The layout of the cottage with the large master downstairs and the loft upstairs was perfect for our group of two grandparents, two parents, and two children. The cottage was clean and well-organized with everything we needed in the kitchen. Actually, we wanted to clone the cottage and plop it down on Cape Cod for our next family gathering!We also loved the location near the Newbo City Market and an easy drive to the retirement community, Meth-Wick. ”
