“I have been going to the Impala for at least one week a year since I was born in 1980. All I can say is that it’s the first and only place I look at and stay when I plan the trip!! The location is phenomenal, the staff is beyond friendly, and it’s absolutely spotless!! If I could change one thing it would be a hot tub by the pool but if that’s my only “complaint.” I’ll take it! “We loved how quiet our room was and the cute sun patios. The fridge with an actual freezer was great - perfect to be able to have icecream :). The toiletries were not great (no conditioner and the shampoo was super watery) so we ended up picking up our own from the grocery store. Not a biggy.
