“Nice casino hotel. The rooms are clean and big. The hotel is new and the casino is very nice. ”

“I would say this Bridge Inn is more like B&B style or maybe we stayed there off-season. The restaurant on site was closed and looked nobody there. The staff sent us a room code for entering our room. After we settled down in the room, everything felt like a home. Even in the very cold day, the room temperature was cover every corner. The owner of this property was thoughtful even providing 3M earbuds for us because the train were passing. Overall it's a nice stay.”

“I love staying at this lodge. Its my go to accommodations when traveling to lake michigan in the winter. I love being off the beaten path, the esthetic of the lodge and the supper club/lodge. However, this stay i stood at the front desk for over 15 minutes while the front desk worker was on the phone helping somone else book a room. Only once did she acknowledge me to say "she'd be back" and left the foyer all together for a while. When she did complete the call sometime later she asked how she……

“The hotel room and other facilities were clean and organized. However, there was a very strong oder of cleaning solution in the room that lasted the whole one- day stay. Also, the barn door style bathroom door was very difficult to move because it dragged on the floor.”

“Was friendly soon as we got there, happy to answer any of the questions I had. My room was clean and my breakfast was good 😀 would stay there again when we go to another concert at the casino. Thank you for keeping it nice for me to visit there.”

“So many times, the continental breakfast is limited, especially if you get there later. This was not the case! Excellent choices! I have stayed at another hotel locally and was very disappointed but was so pleased with everything from the time we checked in until we checked out!”
