“My boyfriend and I wanted a nice, private, relaxing weekend away and this place was exactly what we were looking for. The property is large enough that it is private, no one on either side. We enjoyed the large covered deck with 2 ceiling fans, comfortable furniture, and a nice fire table we really enjoyed in the evenings. “The cabin was delightful. It takes you back to 1800's living. The two beds and bathroom are upstairs. There is a very small kitchen counter with sink. There is no stove but there is a small refrigerator. If you are handicapped and/or cannot handle stairs, this is not the place for you. The stairs are very steep and difficult to climb if you have any trouble going up or down stairs.”

“This was a very large farmhouse, that accommodated our group very well. Lots of beds, and large kitchen area made cooking and dining very easy for a large group! Plus, we were so far out in the country, the kids could make all the noise they wanted! Mark, our host, was on sight to check us in and explained where everything was located. Plus, he provided a list in the kitchen area, of local emergency contact phone numbers, that was very helpful. Having two kitchens / refrigerators was nice, for a……

“Everything was quite nice. Somehow I missed reading the entrance was up a set of old stairs of different distances between steps. For the young, no problem, but if senior, be aware it is challenging. My right knee is finally recovering. Please know lovely place! Remodeling and decor gorgeous!”

“Wonderful home. We took our youth group to the Ark and Creation Museum. The Ark was tricky to get to (don’t take route 22) but otherwise a nice drive. Two rooms had 3 beds. Perfect for what we were looking for. The kids enjoyed the animals on the property ”
