“Booking and check in was very easy for this 2 bed/1 bath condo. Perfect spot for a small family or small friend group. Gated community right on Lake Hamilton with swimming, fishing and boating. The pull out couch was easy to set up. I do recommend bringing small fans for the bedrooms because the air didn’t circulate as well as in the living area. Nonetheless, it was still very comfortable. “My husband and I stayed two nights with two of our kids. The house was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect! The kids loved being right on the water. The mist rising from the river our first night was a pleasant surprise for all of us! Everyone we ran into was so friendly and helpful. We love Arkansas and can’t wait to come back again! ”

“Great location in HS. Close parking to unit. Like staying in condos so dont have to eat out all the time. Furnishings very comfortable and host very responsive. Would stay again.”

“Great Location, is clean, and the host is quick to reply. We loved visiting Hot Springs. The location was a perfect balance away from the downtown area. We liked that and enjoyed the sunset off the balcony. The condo is on parking level so no stairs to go down or up to get to it, which was great. We will stay again if we make it back to Hot Springs. ”

“It was a great place to stay very convenient to stores, restaurants and activities for the kids. ”

“The area is beautiful. The condo is spacious enough for a couple or small family. The bed was comfortable enough and it was clean. This owner is kind enough to not charge a pet fee which we thought was great! If you want peace and quiet, do not visit during the weekend or a holiday. Sitting on the deck in early mornings is nice and quiet, but later the constant noise of side by sides will drive you inside (beyond the owner's control). This condo is located beside the tennis court and pool. ……

“We spent a weekend here, my husband, our adult daughter, and a good friend all stayed here and it was perfect. We were very comfortable. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa. We loved sitting on the patio and having our coffee. The condo is quiet and conveniently located on the bottom floor. The area surrounding the building is beautiful and well kept. We would stay here agsin.”

“Unit had everything we needed. The walls are thin so only downside were loud neighbors. The parking is a bit tough for a large truck but we managed.”

“Nice and friendly community. Go right read the building... human error. First time visiting Hot Springs overnight.Caught fish. HOme was well stocked. no complaints. I need a ROku tv now, I got spoiled. Host was responsive. only problem I had was human error and not familiar with keypad door. You see in the living room and see the lake. ”
