“The location was perfect for our needs, the view was phenomenal and Anthony was a great host. We came up for a wedding and he even provided us with wine and coffee upon checkin! Such a nice surprise. The space was clean, really well decorated and the beds were comfy. I booked here because I was baking 700 cookies for my friend’s wedding, and the kitchen was the perfect setup for this. Plenty of counter space, nice big fridge and oven. “What a beautiful location on Kinderhook Lake. When you aren’t on the water, you will want to enjoy viewing the lake from the nice sized deck or from the dining table on the windowed porch. I traveled with my two young adult children and pup. The cottage was the perfect size for us. WiFi was great, one of us had to work a day while there. We kayaked every morning and evening, the provided kayaks were wonderful. There is plenty to explore on the 350 acre lake, saw bald eagles every day right near……

“We just got back from staying at Bellavista for a week, and be "we", I mean a very large family including infants, toddlers, kids, teenagers, uncles, aunts, and even grandma. In fact, we probably were slightly above the stated capacity of the house, but our hostess Laurie was very communicative and responsive. “Having my own parking spot was a big plus* The outside getting to the suite is unattractive and was very disappointing. Pass code to enter, super easy but the slight scent of weed going up the stairs was a bit of a dud. Once inside the suite, I absolutely loved it. It reminded me of my first apartment.
