“We were drawn to this listing with nice-sized bedrooms and spacious dining room and den. The stairs up to the space were wide and easy to navigate with bags although there were more than expected.All of the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is nicely laid out and served us well. There were plenty of outlets for device charging. The zoo is a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.”

“Rich gave us an upgrade at no additional charge due to a plumbing problem that he found prior to our arrival at the original location. “Unfortunately, this property was not a great stay. VRBO lists that there are two queen beds which is not the case. There is a queen and a double. Cleanliness was not up to par with dirty sheets and large dust bunnies in all corners. The incorrect garage code was given, and it took the property over 5 calls and 20 minutes to give us a call back. ”

“My daughter and I stayed at the rental while in the area for some family get togethers. The location was perfect for our needs. It was easy to access with plenty of parking. The kitchen was easy to cook in with plenty of plates and dishes. The second bedroom is very small. We made it work, but much better suited for a child than an adult. Mantua is a cute country town and it is just down the road.”

“My wife and I had a relaxing time at this location. It was great being right on the lake. We were able to fish and kayak from the back yard. It felt safe and secluded.The property manager was great.
