“House was well appointed and close to railway station, and very roomy. Negatives....only one bathroom which is not on bedroom floor (difficult to access in middle of night!), Too many stairs for us older folks. No instructions for TV. Not enough towels or wastebaskets. Steep walk up and down hill to access house. Could use some homey touches like teabags, condiments. Pretty spare. But, all in all, a great deal for the money.”

“Dove cottage was just great for us. It fit our needs, being out in the country yet an easy drive into Cardiff where our oldest son lives. The view of the fields behind was beautiful.”

Only metres away from the vibrant cafes, bars and restaurants and quirky shops which you expect to find in this beautiful area of Bristol - close to the Downs too. A great base to explore furter afield, would not hesitate to recommend.”
