“Difficulty getting into house at night upon check in. House was cold on check in. Discovered lack of bath towels; unable to use washer/dryer; kitchen very poorly stocked. Ants in kitchen and a couple in the bedrooms; bed linens smelled of body odor and or must. ; walls in bedrooms filfthy. Sticky substance on kitchen counter. Cheap contact paper noted on counters. Dining room chairs dirty with one broken. Front door broken. AC unit in bedroom not working properly and AC unit in dining room had……

Great convenient location with easy walking distance to the T and Collete Bakery. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is, but that's not really a big deal. “Our group of four adults had a great stay at Alberto's property. It's on a quiet residential street with parking space, but it's also an easy 10-minute walk to the nearest T station, so it was convenient for two modes of transportation. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials. The apartment is in a converted older house that has loads of character, but there were a few old house quirks, like window AC units that left the windows ajar. Worth it for the three bedrooms,……

“This apartment fit our needs perfectly (2 adults, 2 teens, visiting friends and touring colleges). Apartment was clean, beds were comfy, linens and towels were fresh. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen is nice. We did use the pullout sleeper sofa, which was quite comfortable for my teen. Eduardo and Jorge were helpful and responsive. Really recommend this place for a Cambridge/Somerville location, but really, it’s easy to navigate anywhere in Boston because you’re close to the T. ”

“We stayed durinig Marathon weekend to run the marathon on Monday. The unit was perfect for our size and very comfortable. The living spaces were surprisingly larger than expected, very comfortable with lots of space to spread out and relax. The place was freshly updated and very well done. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and we were able experience Boston living. We would definitely look to stay again if find ourselves back in Boston. ”

“We had a family group for a college graduation. We needed plenty of rooms, kitchen, and good location. This property had it all and was great! We could easily walk or drive to Harvard Square. Entrance is in the back and has 6-8 stairs up to a deck and back door. On the first floor are a large bedroom and full bath, good for anyone with mobility issues. The second floor has a full bath and third floor has a half bath. Communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. All went well……
