“A lovely, spacious property in a great location for a fabulous celebration of birthdays. Very good communication between hosts and housekeepers who were on hand to greet us, explain everything and to fix any problems should they arise. Everything thoughtfully prepared for our stay and all bases covered from a well equipped kitchen to a fabulous play area in ample grounds for the children. Our dogs were well accommodated too and having the boot room for drying them off and taking muddy wellies……

“A grand property with lots of space, rooms & parking Fully equipped with everything you need and more We had a range of ages from 0-80 and there was lots to do for everyone: hot tubs, snooker, air hockey, tv, and a perfect venue for a game of children’s hide & seek! Couldn’t fault it we had the best weekend, brought in private caterers for an 3 course meal and partied in the cellar bar.. all in all made memories as a family that we will treasure ”

“Excellent location and accommodation. Clean and well looked after. Hosts really quick and friendly with replies. Dog friendly with large enclosed garden and dog friendly beach (February) literally across the road. We ordered tescos for arrival which was really easy. As out of season, no nearby shops, but we expected this and felt prepared with our tescos. Peaceful locations and great for dog walks. Would definitely recommend ”

“3 families (6 adults and rest teenagers / kids) get together for 4 nights Had supermarket deliver for first night and spent the rest of the week enjoying each others company ! The kids loved the games room, swimming pool , we set up badminton and was other garden games too - we spent evenings playing bored games, so much quality time and phones / tablets hardly touched !! Plenty of space to spread out too and spend time alone or with different groups of people ! We also had enough space……

“Hoot Hollow is lovely, a spacious bungalow and a perfect place to unwind. The beaches nearby are deserted except for a few dogs and horses. At the end of the day it was pure bliss to sink into the hot tub and watch the sun setting. Really classy decoration inside and outside of the bungalow with modern touches making life easy. Excellent communication with the host. Will more than likely be back in the future! 😊”

“Lovely cosy cottage, all aspects of it were spotlessly clean. Useful amenities within easy walking distance and we really enjoyed some great meals in the West Norfolk pub. Great base to explore.”
