We were very disappointed with our recent stay at this property. Our group of six had high expectations given the price and listing photos, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet even basic cleanliness and hospitality standards.Upon arrival, we thoroughly inspected the condo and encountered the following issues:1.The toilet seat, bowl, and sink were visibly stained and unclean, clearly not properly cleaned after the previous guests. We had to clean these ourselves before use.2.The queen-sized bed in the basement had dirty, stained bed sheets, suggesting that the linens had not been changed after the last guests.3.The second bedroom in the basement was dusty, with both the desk and bed frame covered in dust. In addition, the surface of the desk showed visible signs of mold, and the entire basement had a strong musty, moldy odor throughout, which made it unpleasant to stay in.4.The basement shower room had numerous spider webs and even live spiders, making it feel completely unhygienic and uncomfortable to use.5.Basic essentials such as facial tissues were not provided, which added to the inconvenience.When we reported these issues to the host promptly, we were met with an unfriendly and unhelpful response. Given the high rate charged for this property, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and service.To be fair, the aspects we were most satisfied with were the two

Stowe vacation

We came for a long weekend with family who wanted to ski at Stowe. We were close to Stowe, town restaurants. Started out with no snow except on slopes, then snowed a foot while we were there. So we did a little hiking and running also! Place was perfect for our group of grandparents, parents and toddlers. Would have liked a warning about the mud parking lot, which caused some problems when covered with snow.

Was overall great and would recommend

Key boxes are always hard to get into, but other than that, was able to get in condo. Bunk beds were disassembled and presumably broken. One kid slept on mattress on floor. Pots and pans were dirty and ones used had to be washed first, otherwise place was pretty clean. Very warm and cozy. Did not watch tv at all, but internet was strong enough. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This home provides enough space for our family of seven. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and the living space had plenty of seating z Location is great - quick ride to the mountain and the restaurants. Would definitely stay here again !

Great ski chalet for Stowe

The house is perfect for a group of people looking for a getaway in Stowe. Near restaurants and bars. Plenty of beds and bedrooms and very clean. Great kitchen and living room area for decompressing after a day on the mountain.

Great ski house

Had stayed at this property once before. Very clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and great location. Mattress in king room a little hard, and that's from someone that likes firm mattresses. Very much appreciated that there were adequate paper towels, toilet paper, firewood, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, and housekeepers even left some beer from previous guests. :⁠-⁠)

Great family rental nearby to skiing and town!

Thanks to our awesome hosts for a great stay and lots of help for our group. We enjoyed the house and we very happy to be mid way between the town and the mountain. Excellent family spot for a ski vacation at Stowe.

Great ski house

Great for a couple days

Unit location to downtown Stowe and the mountain is great. Place was comfortable for 4 adults and 4 kids but would get stuffy with too much more. Only complaint is mattresses are bad and place needs updating.

Not what was advertised

I contacted the owners and specifically asked if the site was wheel chair accessible and the response was there was a bedroom and bath on the first floor. aThe bedrooms were either downstairs or upstairs meaning I had to carry by 94 year old mother up or down the stairs. There was a musty moldy smell in the basement living area that aggravated her asthma. we left after one night and struggled to find acceptable quarters.
