A neat little house. I will definitely stay here again. All we needed but not like a shiny condo just built. I prefer the atmosphere of old Atlantic Beach and the traditional cottage feel. If you like that, you will really like this place.”

“Property was clean, and location was great. Blinds were broken in downstairs bedroom which made it difficult to sleep in the mornings with direct sunlight. Several interior doors did not lock. Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed our time.”

“The house is older and there has been updates made. Kitchen is FANTASTIC. The bathrooms have had some updates but needs to have at least 1 hand held shower . There was rat turds behind the couch upstairs. There needs to be a tv added to one of the downstairs bedrooms. Also there needs to be proper bed frames for the beds. 1 bed was knocked out of alignment and wobbled until we fixed it ”
