“The wrong telephone number and incomplete address was shown on the hotels.com website. After chatting with an AI bot I found the correct number to call and was able to talk to the host. They explained that important messages/information sent to the customers often dont get received. The accomodation in itself was in a prime location. Fairly easy to park the car in the close area although this cost quite a lot of money. The toilet door wouldnt close properly and the drain in the kitchen sink ……

“L'appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Il est relativement récent et très bien équipé. La seconde chambre n'en est pas vraiment une. Elle est équipée d'un canapé pliable et il n'est guere possible de faire le tour du canapé. L'hôte est très disponible et nous a contacté à plusieurs reprises. ”
