“We had a good stay. It unfortunately turned chilly and the bottom level doesn’t have control to the heat. I reached out to our rep and she got in touch with the other renter and they turned the heat up. Our contact also let us know there was a portable heater and that helped too. The place was a little musty, but that could be from the rainy weather and being in the woods. Maybe adding some air fresheners would help with that. Our contact person was fantastic and I appreciated her response……
