“We stayed for a family get together, the space was nice but for a larger group (7) the kitchen was small. We used paper plates and plasticware to keep down on dishes but there is only one outside trash can and with a larger group including an infant trash was taken out more often and accumulated quickly. Take notethere is no yard to walk your dog, we had our small dog and walked her up the road which wasn't a problem for us. Easy check-in and out. We would stay again, we loved the decks and……

“Such an isolated, beautiful cabin on a peninsula to the little river! So peaceful! The kids loved playing on the sand hills that were made after hurricane Helene came through the area. Four fish were caught!”

“This property has everything that you can ask for! The size and layout was perfect for 8 of us. The wrap around deck has beautiful views of the river and water access is practically in your front yard. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. It was close enough to town that it's an easy drive to the grocery store yet the location offers peace and tranquility. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be booking again!”

“This was a delightfully peaceful stay for my husband and me. There is plenty of room for at least 6 people and even a detached building/BBQ to entertain around 30 people and ample parking.David Woodie is a wonderful host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of this Host’s properties. It is very conveniently located to downtown Sparta, which is charming. Great restaurants with live music, shopping and grocery store close by (10 minutes away). We loved it! Looking forward to going……
