"A/C unit fan cuts on and off with no option for continuous fan. This was disruptive to sleep. Toilet seat was held on with a single screw fastener which was a little more challenging to sit on toilet. Bath tub corners were dirty. Did not live up to what we think of the La Quinta brand. "We were a little reluctant because we had never heard of Spark, but figured we couldn’t go wrong with a Hilton property. So glad we took the chance and booked!
