"We arrived at our rental at 4:05pm (check-in was at 4pm) and were met by the management company. They just started to clean the rental, due to cleaners canceling. They did not contact us to let us know the rental would not be ready. They allowed us to settled in. They finished cleaning about 30 minutes ..."

"Wonderful location and comfortable. Appliances were a bit dated, but that didn’t impact our stay. The unit was not cleaned from the previous occupants upon our check in and took a few hours to do so. This is not the fault of the owner, but did impact our initial experience.
