“The house was in a state of dirty which was unbelievable! We could NOT check in for two nights and had to rent another accommodation near by - now we were a family with children so you can imagine our night mare in the middle of the dark Danish winter looking for places to sleep after a flight from London hungry and very tired as it was after 5 pm!
