"Das Haus liegt wunderschön fast direkt am Meer. Leider hatte der Eigentümer die alte Wohnzimmercouch und Sesseln auf der Terrasse gelagert, wo sie im Regen vor sich hin schimmelte. Das sah aus wie auf der Sperrmülldeponie. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer leckte. Aber im Großen und Ganzen ..."
