“Clean and great service ”

“Pros: the room is super clean and tidy, equipped with all essentials, location is great, easier to access (although the front door keypad doesn't always work at the first attempt). Cons: ventilation is a problem. Firstly it was HOT in the room during my stay, the city was 28 degrees outside and the window was out of order (or maybe it is blocked delibrately), so there was little to no air flow in the room, I had to use my shoe to keep the door open to get some fresh air. “One of Classic Hotels and historic. Incredible art collection including in each room. Bath room needs updating ,,, although mostly functional. Restaurant has a pretty set menu for dinner - so may not be your cup of tea. Not the world’s most creative menu. ”

“A wonderful place to stay, close to all the major sights in the city centre. The hotel has a lot of construction going on so it looks a little messy but the room itself, the reception area, and the staff were excellent. As others have mentioned, the breakfasts were truly outstanding.”
