“Great space for 6 adults - plenty of parking also. Good communication from hosts. On the flight path - loved the planes going over! Good pub down the road. Would have been nice to have a few welcoming bits - milk, tea, coffee, biscuits. But that’s just what we’ve got used to!”

“This accommodation was perfect for my partner and I who needed to be in Cheddar with our dog for a couple of nights. The accommodation was as pictured, the shower was hot and powerful, the kitchen had 2 electric hob rings/microwave and fridge. All the required utensils for simple cooking, tea, coffee and sugar . Logs for the wood burner were also provided.”

“Loads of room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved the games room and hot tub. The nook in the garden is gorgeous and great for games night - watch out for the slippery decking though (when wet). It’s got everything you need and is great for pets. Would stay again.”

Our hosts were brilliant and when there was a brief region wide power cut they were straight to us to ensure we had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to local pubs and a great historical stone circle at Stanton Drew. We loved our stay and made all the more special with it being Christmas. ”

“We were all very impressed with the place, for a huge property it was exceptionally clean everywhere and filled with everything you need. Bigger with some older style rooms, it gave a great feel for hide and seek. It provided a good base for all of us to hang out together whilst giving some space, great for games and a couple walks in the area. We really enjoyed our cold pond dips followed by warming up in the hot tub. This was already warmed up for us on arrival and lots of wood and starters……

“We spent 4 nights at this lodge between 28Dec-1Jan and it was excellent. From check in to check out the process was seamless and we had everything we needed. Lodge was cozy, clean and warm and the bathrooms had actually been updated so were newer and nicer than the pics. Area was lovely and quiet. Had a carvery at the Cider barn restaurant about 5 min drive away and we drove into Weston Super Mare (20 mins) and got wristbands for the pier and did ice skating. They have activities on site which……
