“When I first walked in to check in the lady didn’t even greet me she rudely shouted “Check-in isn’t til 3pm!!” We had arrived a little early and was seeing if a room would be available to drop our things off. She said to come back at 3 when it’s check time. When I checked in at 3pm they didn’t explain all the amenities or hours. But she explained it to the next person checkin-in. There was another gentleman that had his arms crossed at the front check in everytime we entered the lobby.……

“Excellent, personal service, top notch hospitality, beautiful historic home, extremely clean, well kept, comfortable, homey. Rooms are uniquely decorated for the period, such a fresh exciting upscale from cookie cutter hotels. Beds are very comfortable (I've stayed in every room here) plenty of hot water, high end toiletries, superb homemade gourmet breakfast, served at formal dining table with matching China, light candles and fireplace and pisno music.
