“We had such an amazing stay at cabin 1. We both slept great on a very comfortable bed. Location is ideal for short day trips. We checked out whitefish point and Tahquamenon falls in the day and finish the night with a great bonfire right on the lake. Made sure to take advantage of both early sunrises over a nice cup of coffee. Carrie is very accommodating and Great suggestions that we took Paul for breakfast on our way out. We definitely will be booking this Cabin again in the future and……

“My wife and I spent a long weekend in the UP with our son and daughter in law and we are so happy we found this location. It was great for us! The place is just like it looks in the pictures, so no surprises! It's on a dirt road but only about a quarter mile off the pavement. As a result, it is VERY quiet, since the only cars you'll see are for other residents. We were there 4 days and saw the same truck twice... that's it! One thing that is not shown in the pictures is the pool table. Nice……

“This property is such a gem! We've stayed in many cabins similar to Carrie's before and this blew the others out of the water! Rustic but modern enough to where you felt at home. There were 2 large box fans provided so we didn't need the one that we had brought and there was a small tv to help the kids wind down and relax at night. I suggest bringing life jackets for the kids (didn't see any with the boats, but we already had our own) and a couple small extension cords (the 3 foot kind) just for……

The host, Jeff, was awesome as well. Perfect location to be in the middle of nowhere but close enough to get to Sault St. Marie within 20 minutes. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us at Camp Goldade!”
