Relaxing Family Vacay

Our first thoughts as we walked in were how big and beautiful this house was. The abundance of porches and views to look at was a wonderful hang out spot. The bedrooms were nice as well. Overall just a great location and a relaxing getaway.

Amazing Vacation

If you're considering this house, just do it! We have never stayed anywhere that comes close to offering what we experienced at Carpe Diem. There is nothing, and I mean nothing that isn't supplied for the entire family! They even had diapers and wipes for our 18 month old granddaughter. I brought all kinds of things thinking "they won't have this". Well guess what? They had it. So make your reservation, pack only your clothes, and get ready for an amazing time here. We will absolutely be back! :)

Fantastic Girls Reunion Trip

This was our 2nd year at this beautiful home. We are a group of 70+ year old women. We all loved the house for its beautiful views. We have traveled together for years and we have never enjoyed a house so well stocked.. it has everything! There is plenty of sleeping space and the rooms are beautiful with views. We fortunately can all climb the stairs and we hope to return. The property manager Al is amazing as well as his team!

Fun in the sun

Carpe Diem had all the things we needed and more! We had a family reunion with our 2 sons & their families. Everything listed was provided plus a lot of extras. Basically all we had to provide was food. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and all the water fun equipment was provided. Al was immediately responsive to our questions & requests. We were blessed with a full week of sun & warm weather. One of our favorite things was kayaking & paddleboarding in the inner coastal among manatees & rays. Great Thanksgiving week!

We have stayed multiple times at this location and “Heaven can’t wait” next door, as expected they are 5 stars at everything, like they advertise… they stock heavy so you can pack light.I constantly try to recruit new people to come with us and experience one of Al’s Beach Houses In Paradise!!

Terrific family spot

This is the fourth time the family all got together at one of Al’s properties. As usual, it did not disappoint. Everyone had a terrific time and we’ve already booked again for next year. A big thanks to Al and the team at Beach houses in Paradise.

Amazing Family Stay

“Carpe diem” is really nice the location is excellent (close to grocery store, surrounding restaurants, and entertainment) and views are amazing, but most importantly the property management team is top notch! The house was clean and well stocked and even had surprises for the kids! Upon arrival things were setup and in place specifically for our family i.e. baby bassinet and monitors(even though we brought our own)! We did not have to search for any convenient items. Would highly recommend staying at any of the BHIP properties. Our family was in town for a funeral despite the circumstances had a really nice time thanks to the BHIP team. In the future we will plan a vacation to stay with BHIP.

Summer vacation

The property is very well maintained, the location is excellent and we were able to watch both sunrise and sunset every day of our stay. We had a wonderful time.

Birthday/family vacay

We had 16 people, 7 kids and 10 adults. We all had plenty of space and facilities. The home was well appointed and far exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of activities from kayaks and paddle boards to board games. Every room had a big TV and we had lots of seats for dining. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to our communication. Highly recommend this location for a large group. We would have stayed for a few days after the kids left but it was booked. Hope to make this an annual event.

Fantastic House and Location

The property is in immaculate shape and all the amenities provided give you the resort feel with the privacy of your own home. The location is great for a quiet retreat and you cannot beat the beachfront views. The house feels much larger in person than the pictures and plenty of rooms for a large family or group. The host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely rebook next time we are Stuart, FL bound.

Absolutely Amazing

Our family stayed at carp diem and it was more than what I expected. Al said just bring your clothes and food and it was exactly that. We went fishing and swimming. We watched the sun rise and the sunset. There was plenty of room for all of us. We had an amazing time and made lots of memories. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your house. Nothing to want for Paradise

This place had absolutely everything we needed and more. The kids were too busy to wine about a thing and never once said they were bored. The adults got to relax and throw food at them. AMAZING the thought and the detail that went into making sure every need was met. We all had our own space when needed and were comfortable. Hung out on the ocean side deck mostly, but also spent a great deal of time on the river and caught fish from the dock, loved the kayak and paddle board. We saw manatee, dolphin, sting ray, manta ray and a couple of crows trying to steal stuff off our table when nobody was there....they like Doritos. The bathtub beach was just a short walk and so worth it. Got re-married on the beach with all my kids and grand-kids and made beautiful memories for a lifetime. This place was just plain "perfect" for us and can't imagine anyone complaining about a single thing. I stay in a lot of rentals by owners and can tell you that is highly unusual to have a good fry pay in any of them (it's expected) and this place had the BEST cookware- surprise!!!. Correspondence was great and when a storm knocked out the internet, it took us a bit to realize, because we were too busy having fun, but Al was right on top of it as soon as we told him and got it fixed fast. Best Property manager I've had with quick response time and full of information that made this so much easier to manage with a group of 14 of us. This trip was a dream come true for us. Thank you so much for this!

Spring break 2024

Absolutely wonderful property! When it says it comes with everything, it literally comes with everything! From condiments, plates and coffee to kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets and even gaming systems, this place had it all! Having access to the beach and inlet was so nice. Evening fires were the highlight of the trip. Al was so responsive and easy to work with! If you have the opportunity to book this place, do it! I promise you won’t regret it!!!

Amazing time with our large family of 17!

We enjoyed that this house was exactly as advertised. It had everything for an amazing vacation on the beach. Al was super to communicate with and always responsive. My wife and I brought both our parents and our nine children with a couple of spouses and a granddaughter. The expansive spaces easily fit all of us (little tight at meal prep and serve time) and the exterior spaces provided plenty of additional area to sit and enjoy the views. The sunrises on one side and sun sets on the other were amazing. The intercostal side provided some surprises like a cool spot for a fire at night, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing with all the gear, and a great spot to hang out. The pool is a bit small as shown but provided a good spot to cool off and for the young ones to enjoy in between the ocean runs. By the way, the resort down the road was super for pickleball and use of large pools and hot tubs. We enjoyed those several mornings and evenings. We loved the views in all the rooms and the neighborhood was super quiet. A full ten out of ten for this one for the seven nights we were there. Thanks for allowing us to use the home for restful and peaceful nights with amazing mornings, beautiful evenings and wonderful conservation. The Florida sun felt great and the time we spent together away from it all was made even more amazing with such a great spot to hang out. We didn’t think about anything; just enjoyed. Thanks again!

My family to include my dog came down to catch spring training baseball. Our stay was amazing with all the little extras down to our family’s name on the fridge upon our welcome. My son was in awe of the beautiful blue water and loved that he could fish right off the dock. There was so many things to do right at the house we didn’t need to leave. We will most definitely be back.

truly a beach house in paradise

Al and his team were fantastic. - the space was SPOTLESS - fully stocked too; anything from paper towels to ketchup. You only need to bring your wallet and your swimsuit. - the few things that were NOT perfect, Al and his team had corrected in a matter of minutes. Adjust the pool temperature - five minute wait, more firewood neeed - two minute wait. Concierge / luxury level service from the comforts of a vaction rental. ok

Amazing!!!

Best place we've ever stayed at hands down! Beautiful, comfy, well decorated, gifts galore, well stocked and at the end of it all, no chores! Al was great. He made it so we did nothing but relax. No end of trip checklist!! The location was top notch. Dock, boat lift, ocean front, sunset on one side of the house and sunrise on the other side. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!!

Great Beach House

This beach house is amazing, it is equipped with everything anyone would need to have a fabulous vacation. Just bring your bathing suit and clothes everything except your groceries is provided. Our group of 14 will be returning .

Todo estuvo muy bien. Puntos altos: el equipamiento de la casa Puntos bajos: algo viejos los muebles y demasiado grandes para los ambientes. El baño del dormitorio de abajo es prácticamente imposible de usar.
