I booked this hotel before the terrible reviews started rolling in. Room was dingy, no cleaning done during our stay, loud people in the lobby after hours. We cut our stay short by one night. We let them know a couple of days before, made sure it was ok, the manager assured us they would take care of giving us the extra night refund. Checked my credit card statement a few days later --no refund. They won't answer the phone. They didn't answer when Expedia called, either. Room smelled like an old smoker's house, even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking.
