“Laid-back location, sitting in the gazebo to watch the horses graze was just what we needed to unplug. Hosts Brent and Claire were terrific, friendly with clear communication (check-in, directions, etc) and they put lots of thought into making a welcoming space. Well-appointed, clean and much seemed brand new. Got to meet their wonderful dogs too. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We had room for each of the adults, which included adult children. At these ages they no longer want to share a bed or bathroom with anyone. Perfect that we could come together, but have our own separate spaces. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need.”

“3 generation family a dog. While the pond was a bit muddy (this its nickname) the kids and dog swam from sun up to down. The beach, seating area, dock, fire pits were all perfect.The house fit our needs. The family bedroom was a plus for extra space and bedrooms were huge. We asked for access to the rowboat on site which we rented and was easy to do. Probably wouldn’t bother next time as we rarely used.Thank you for sharing your home with us!”

“Matt was extremely cooperative and always available for any questions we had. The house was totally stocked with everything one might need in case you forgot something. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the perfect size for a large family getaway. The fact that it was pet friendly was very important to us.”

“I truly can’t say enough good things about my stay. The house is exactly like the pictures but somehow even better in person. Everything was so clean and the check in/check out process was very easy. Sarah was so quick with communicating back and had the house stacked with everything you could imagine from plenty of pillows, blankets, tooth brushes etc. The views were beautiful and my dog loved how much space she had to herself. The neighbors are also so friendly and wave when you walk by! So……

“Mini family vacation. The property was pleasant and convenient to the Museums and Zoo.This is not specific to this stay, but I wish the fees would be available prior to the booking/ payment process. We had to stop the booking of a different property for this trip when the hidden fees more than doubled the cost of the rental.”

“This was our second time staying at this wonderful place. Excellent layout...three comfortable bedrooms. Loved the sun porch and the sloping lawn down to a small private swimming place. Town swimming "next door" but quiet. The lake was very refreshing during two very hot and humid days. ”

“We stayed at Abigail’s nest a couple weekends ago for a lowkey bachelorette weekend by the pool and Kim and her house were more amazing that we could’ve imagined. The house was absolutely gorgeous and clean and the yard and pool were as well. We relaxed by the pool and had an absolute blast celebrating our bride! We are so grateful to have found this gem!
