“Had to call to have someone get our key at 2:50 pm. Other guests were super friendly. Ladies that cleaned rooms were very helpful and pleasant to talk with. Won't stay by Mt Rushmore Rd again...too much vehicle noise. Room very clean and spacious. Bathroom was extremely clean Disappointed there wasn't any Kleenex. Peple in room next to us were pretty loud at 6 am.”

“We arrived a half hour prior to our check in time, tired and hot from traveling. We had hoped to check in and get our room key, but no such luck. We had to wait in the hot sun before the proper time would allow us to get our key. My suggestion would be to allow your auto key system to open 1 hour with in the 3 pm check in time. ”
