This property is ridiculous, they charge you a certain amount over Expedia then when you don’t show up at a certain time and they’re busy they just cancel your Expedia reservation if it was “pay at property” so they make you rebook through them and charge you $150 more per room per night. If you’re not there before 8-9 pm during an event weekend they just decide to cancel your rooms, they don’t call you to make sure you’re coming they just cancel them and if/when you do show up they make you rebook through their overly high rates and won’t match or even get close to the rate you originally booked the rooms at.

Property was inexpensive and both evening and morning staff were friendly and helpful. That said, the bathroom fan didn’t work but rattled when turned on. TV was also not working.

We were shown 2 rooms that smelled of smoke and mildew. The furniture was in disrepair and dingy. We cancelled our reservation and didn’t stay. The person who was at the counter complained of “Rally brain”, which we understood that the bike rally just ended but the rooms shouldn’t be rented if they aren’t cleaned.

Overall. For what i expected. It was good. Nice place. Decent room. I would stay again. But for what it was. Sturgis prices. I wouldn't pay that for thise rooms any other situation. But it is the week!

It was very outdated air conditioners did not work. Thermostats were very very old went several days with no air beds are comfortable breakfast sucked, but it was a motorcycle rally.

Priced waaaaaay too high even for Sturgis Bike Week. Garbage & cigarette butts everywhere. Parking lot weedy and full of sand & dirt. Not cool when your parking lot is filled with motorcycles. Only nice item was the hot tub and staff. Staff did what they could but you could tell they weren’t allowed.

The lady that worked there SARA, was a tremendous asset to the experience and wonderful person. Full of stories, fun facts, etc She’s smart, fun, gets everything. Such a personality. That’s important. Full of knowledge, history, very helpful. Thanks to her we had a much better time there. Kudos

The property is older. And due for a renovation but cheapest in town by far so you get what you pay for. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast is basic. Rooms are quaint and need a good scrubbing. Staff were helpful and polite. In hindsight, I should have drove to Rapid City but if your destination is Sturgis this hotel will work for a night.

So disgusting. Hair in the bathroom wall (that smelled like urine) plugs didn’t work, air didn’t work,drapes wouldn’t close, carpet was filthy. They should not be allowed in the Expedia network.
